TASTING NOTES FROM THE CURATOR
- TPK&B Sourdough Cookies come in four different varieties, all of which are scrumptious, chewy, and full of flavor. They’re all made with sourdough discard, giving them a unique tang, and adding to their delightfulness.
- OG – Chocolate chip. The classic that needs little introduction. But TPK&B levels up an icon with sourdough, giving it a welcome twist.
- PB&O – Aka Peanut Butter & Oatmeal. This cookie is made with sourdough, peanut butter, oatmeal, and chocolate chips. It’s a beautiful contrast of sweet and salty, with great texture from the oats.
- BB – BB is Burnt Butter, but don’t let that dissuade you. Burnt butter is delicious, and adds a gorgeous nutty flavor to this cookie, that also contains caramel chips, and sourdough.
- RED – Beets, a bit of dark cocoa, sourdough, and Callebaut rubies—this upgraded version of red velvet sandwiches delicious, classic cream cheese filling. It’s chewy, flavorful, and so yummy.
- PUMPKIN SPICE – Ringing in the holidays with pumpkin spice and everything nice! This limited-edition cookie is made with sourdough discard, pumpkin spice, and white chocolate chips. It’s the perfect pairing for your eggnogs and hot chocolates.

Storage Instructions
- Store your cookies in an airtight container, and consume within 7 days. To keep them soft and chewy, place a slice of white bread in the container with the cookies (the cookies absorb the bread’s moisture, keeping them soft).
